Provides estimated closing costs, including government fees for a buyer, with or without a loan, on a purchase real estate transaction. With more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing and product development, Patrick also provides expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as recruiting and training high-impact teams. Prior to joining the company, Patrick held an executive-level position at a major jeweler retailer where he was responsible for about 100 store operations across the globe in marketing, inventory and product development. His perseverance and proficiency in achieving exceptional results have been major contributors to Anywhere Integrated Services.
