Buyer Title Premium & Fees
Provides estimated closing costs, including government fees for a buyer, with or without a loan, on a purchase real estate transaction. Option to include other costs like survey and homeowner’s association fees. Results can be displayed in loan estimate format for lenders. Results can be emailed or printed out.
TRID vs Actual
Provides a side-by-side comparison of estimated closing costs in the format required by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) regulations and actual fees. The TRID calculations are used by lenders in Closing Disclosures. Results can be emailed or printed out.

She also oversees title brands in Florida and Texas, including Upward Title and Carpenter Title. Cyndi started with Sunbelt Title in 2018 and has been laser-focused on business growth, organizational development and creating a company culture based on kindness and offering exceptional service. Prior to joining the organization, she ran a multi-billion-dollar sales organization within the mortgage industry. Her passion for leading people, driving sales and spearheading new business ventures has had a meaningful impact on Anywhere Integrated Services.

Keleen Wood is Florida regional director for Upward Title & Closing. In this position, she is responsible for managing daily operations and driving market growth for the company. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Keleen knows the importance of strong communication, transparency and accountability for ensuring the success of clients’ transactions. Throughout her career, she held various senior management positions that contribute to her ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
