TRID vs Actual
Provides a side-by-side comparison of estimated closing costs in the format required by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) regulations and actual fees. The TRID calculations are used by lenders in Closing Disclosures. Results can be emailed or printed out.

Cyndi started with Sunbelt Title in 2018 and has been laser-focused on business growth, organizational development and creating a company culture based on kindness and offering exceptional service.
